First and foremost, Seth is passionate about healing and truly loves his work!  His synthesis of medical, nutritional, exercise and wellness knowledge combined with massage experience gained over almost 25 years in the field, helped him create a unique and highly effective style. 

With a specialty in multiple Deep Tissue modalities, his work aims to target and resolve deep dysfunction and imbalance in the body.  Along with manual therapy using hands and elbows, Seth may also use special tools or implements to break down scar tissue, remove adhesion, and open your myofascial tissues.   

When it comes to exceptional bodywork, experience matters.  This is definitely not your average spa massage, and for those truly in need of this type of work, it can be life changing!

Rest assured that with each and every appointment, you will get a unique, personalized session that will meet and exceed your expectations.   We will conduct a thorough interview before your session, communicate with you during your massage, and provide an assessment and treatment plan afterwards.

Along with your massage, you also will receive coaching on nutrition, exercise or other areas pertaining to your wellness.  We will help you navigate the path towards optimal health and provide you with knowledge, homework, and if need be, referrals to other like minded practitioners to assist you in achieving your individual goals.
